Let MenuKlik translate your items, categories, and promotions automatically — how the monthly quota works, bulk translation actions, and keeping translations fresh.
Updated Jul 16, 2026
On Pro and Business, MenuKlik translates your menu automatically: save an item, and its translations are filled in for every enabled language — within a monthly quota of 1,000 (Pro) or 6,000 (Business) item translations.
When you save an item, category, or promotion, MenuKlik generates translations for your enabled languages automatically. You'll see them in place immediately in your dashboard, ready to fine-tune. Every automatic translation is editable — the AI gives you a strong first draft, and you keep the final word.
Manual translation is unlimited on every plan and never draws from the quota. If a month's quota runs out, automatic translation resumes when the quota resets; you can keep translating by hand meanwhile.
Note
One item translated into one language counts as one translation. Translating 50 items into 2 extra languages uses 100 of the quota.
The Languages page gives you menu-wide tools per language:
Each language shows a per-item status — up-to-date, new, or changed. When you edit an item's original text, its translations are flagged as changed so you (or the Update changed action) can bring them back in sync. Outdated translations never linger unnoticed.
Tip
A practical workflow: write your menu in your default language, run Translate new once per language, then hand-polish just your best sellers — the dishes guests actually read closely.
