    Billing, payments and receipts

    How MenuKlik charges your card, where to find receipts, how to update your payment method, and what happens when a payment fails.

    All billing lives in one place: the Billing page in your dashboard. Payments are processed by Allpay, charges are monthly, and every receipt is available next to its charge.

    How payment works

    • Paid plans are billed monthly — there is currently no annual billing option.
    • Card processing is handled end-to-end by Allpay. Your card details never touch MenuKlik's servers; the Billing page shows only a masked card reference so you know which card is on file.

    Update your payment card

    1. Open Billing in the sidebar.
    2. Choose the update-card option and enter the new card via the secure Allpay form.
    3. Future charges use the new card automatically.

    Tip

    Getting a replacement card from your bank? Update it in Billing before the old one expires — it's the single most common cause of failed payments.

    Payment history and receipts

    The Billing page lists every charge with its receipt. Nothing to request, nothing emailed to hunt for — it's all in one table when your accountant asks.

    When a payment fails

    A failed charge doesn't cut anything off immediately:

    1. Your account enters a past-due state and we retry, sending you reminder emails.
    2. If payment keeps failing, your public menu can eventually be suspended until a payment succeeds.
    3. The fix is almost always updating the card in Billing — the next successful charge restores everything immediately.

    Warning

    Don't ignore past-due emails. Fixing the card takes two minutes; a suspended menu during service costs real orders.

    Scheduled plan changes

    If you've scheduled a downgrade, the Billing page shows what changes and when — your current plan runs to the end of its paid period first. Details in plans and upgrading.

    Billing questions

    For anything the Billing page doesn't answer — refunds, charges you don't recognize, invoicing details — email billing@menuklik.co.
