All billing lives in one place: the Billing page in your dashboard. Payments are processed by Allpay, charges are monthly, and every receipt is available next to its charge.
Tip
Getting a replacement card from your bank? Update it in Billing before the old one expires — it's the single most common cause of failed payments.
The Billing page lists every charge with its receipt. Nothing to request, nothing emailed to hunt for — it's all in one table when your accountant asks.
A failed charge doesn't cut anything off immediately:
Warning
Don't ignore past-due emails. Fixing the card takes two minutes; a suspended menu during service costs real orders.
If you've scheduled a downgrade, the Billing page shows what changes and when — your current plan runs to the end of its paid period first. Details in plans and upgrading.
For anything the Billing page doesn't answer — refunds, charges you don't recognize, invoicing details — email billing@menuklik.co.
